About Us
(614) 219-7274
Our goal is to provide a safe and secure environment for your children where at the same time children will be learning and developing social and educational skills. While you are participating in KidsRus program, we hope to develop a partnership, between home and school, which benefits the development and growth of your child.
KidsRus teachers and staff provide protection, security, stimulation, support, and affection. Children are respected as individuals within a child-oriented rather teacher-directed program.
Children are given the opportunity to explore materials and participate in a variety of experiences. Activities are carefully planned and implemented in an open-classroom setting. Children are free to choose from age appropriate activities after lesson plan has been completed. These activities include: pre-math skill, science and nature, dramatic play and other areas within the classroom.
Our Staff
All staff members are experienced and trained to be fit for the job. Taking care of children is very delicate and KidsRus makes sure that the best are here to be able to attend your child with love and care!
All teachers are required to have background checks and are also drug tested. We also send teachers out for in-service trainings for childhood development.
Child Safety
A major responsibility of the staff is to ensure the health and safety of each child entrusted in our care. Staff personnel are alert to the safety needs of their children, anticipated possible hazards, and take necessary appropriate precautionary and preventative measures.
Any special messages, medications, special pickup notes, etc are to be given to the child classroom teacher. Parents may also use our App HiMama to communicate with teachers and office staff for any changes or messages. Due to COVID 19, some changes in the drop off and pick up routines had to change. New regulations had to take place for the safety of all children, staff and parents. More information is provided at enrollment.
